TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

Application Environment: Formulated for both Interior & Exterior applications.
Spread Rate / Coverage: 10 m² per 30kg packaging block (dependent on surface texture and porosity).
Drying Time: Touch Dry: 30 Mins – 1 Hour | Recoating Time: 4 Hours.
Thinning Restriction: Strictly do not use thinners.
Packaging Size: Available in heavy-duty 30kg buckets.
Tool Requirement: Applied using specialized stainless steel trowels and putty knives.
Equipment Cleanup: Clean all structural tools thoroughly with water immediately after application.

APPLICATION GUIDE

Surface Compatibility: Recommended for concrete, brickwork, cement-plastered surfaces, gypsum plaster, asbestos/fibre cement boards, and properly primed wood or metal surfaces.
Coat Intervals: Ensure you allow a minimum of 4 hours of drying time between subsequent coats.
Application Technique: Mix thoroughly before and during use. Always use a good quality brush for minor details, try to paint in one uniform motion, and always execute a pre-test on a small hidden area first.
Deep Shade Rules: When overcoating an existing dark shade with a lighter tone, 3 full coats may be required. For deep base colors (such as bright Reds, Greens, and Oranges), expect to apply an additional coat due to lower natural opacity

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Workspace Airflow: Ensure excellent, continuous ventilation across the target workspace during both application and drying phases.
Storage Protocols: Store the product under ambient conditions in well-ventilated spaces. Keep away from any source of ignition, open flames, or fire, and protect completely from freezing conditions.
Personal Protection: Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Avoid direct skin and eye contact. In case of accidental contact, flush immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice if localized irritation persists.
Respiratory Care: Do not inhale or inject the product. In case of inhalation, move immediately into fresh air and seek medical attention if symptoms persist.
Fungal Defenses: In high-humidity climates or damp areas, apply a bio-wash solution to completely clear out surface fungus growth, fungal spores, and mould before applying the coating system.
Curing & Stain Removal: For safe stain removal, sponge clean with a mild soap solution and wipe clean. Crucial Instruction: Ensure the newly coated wall has dried and cured for at least 1 full week before attempting any wet cleaning or scrubbing. Keep entirely out of reach of children.
